I'm Sarah Herbosheimer, a licensed independent mental health practitioner (LIMHP) based in Omaha, Nebraska. I am also licensed to practice in the state of Iowa. These licensures simply mean I am able to provide care as a stand alone practitioner. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional and mental well-being. My approach is rooted in Object Relations Psychoanalysis, providing a space for deep exploration and understanding of each person and their individual experiences.

Information about Consultations
Hours and Location
I work by appointment only and my office hours are 11-5pm M-F, no weekend appointments. My office is located in Rockbrook Village off 108th & Center Street. I offer in-person sessions and for those who reside outside the city or state can use video sessions; hybrid therapy is also welcome.
WWhat to expectat Title
During your consultation you can share a bit about yourself and what brings you to therapy. I will provide information about psychoanalytic psychotherapy, provide you with a good faith estimate for the cost of therapy and answer your questions to ensure we are a good fit. There is no charge for a consultation, however, if you book a consultation and cancel you will be charged my hourly rate for the rescheduled appointment.
